Dr. Jenny Mann’s approach in naturopathic medicine focuses on supporting the body’s innate ability to restore health. She works with her patients to uncover the underlying causes of imbalance in the body. She develops treatments in collaboration with her patients, and empowers them with the tools they need to address the root causes of symptoms, connect to themselves and realize greater vitality.

With an interactive intake, thorough physical exam, and conventional and alternative lab testing, Dr. Mann gathers information from many sources. She focuses on healthy diet, sleep, exercise and stress management as a foundation for balance in the body. She also incorporates natural therapeutics including herbal medicine and nutritional supplements. Dr. Mann is passionate about helping people with chronic illness and is especially skilled in treating women’s health issues, autoimmune conditions, and digestive disorders.

Dr. Mann completed her naturopathic medical training at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, followed by a residency in integrative primary care. She graduated with a BA in Chemistry with high honors from Macalester College in St. Paul MN. She previously worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency and understands the important link between personal and environmental health. Dr. Mann is well versed in both conventional and alternative approaches to illness, as she has always practiced in an integrative medical setting.

My approach to health and wellness informs how I live my own life. I frequently spend time in nature, exercise through surfing, yoga and dance, and experiment with dietary foods from my local produce box.
